Archee awakened to Ryn’per turning him over on his back. “Get up!” He ordered surprising Archee. “If I’m going to have to deal with you, then get up and follow me. There’s only one way for you to win my trust. My pack trusted only those with honor and skill and you most definitely do not look like the fighting type.” Archee slowly woke up stretching out trying to wake up for whatever Ryn’per had lurking around the corner. The other members still lay sleeping as, from the position of the sun, Archee noticed it was still early. They walked back through the woods to a little open area where nothing, but large boulders sat spread out. “Here is where I will train you today.” Ryn’per said behind a smirk on his face. “First is first. I need to see your defense.” With that said he instantly charged at Archee getting him off guard. He leapt on a nearby boulder and jumped over top of Archee to land on him when Archee jumped back barely dodging what could’ve been a fatal attack on the battlefield. “Quick reflexes kid… good.” The smirk became a big grin has he tried a different technique Archee never even thought possible. He vanished from thin air, Archee thought ready for anything. Suddenly he heard steps from behind him. Turning he manage to see Ryn’per come up behind him with his paw sky high about to swipe. Reflexes kicking in again Archee held up his leg to block the swipe aiming for his side. Ryn’per let his paw down and stepped back a little as he had an impressed look upon his face. “I’m surprised kid, quick reflexes AND good hearing. Well seems like your defense is ok… for now. Let’s work on your attacks.” Stunned, Archee refused. “Why do I need to work on attacks? It’s not like…” All of a sudden Ryn’per caught him off guard and pounced on him. Staring at him growling Ryn’per started to yell. “It’s not like what! You’re going to get killed?! That’s exactly why I’m teaching you. There’s going to be people out there looking for you hunting you like a deer. It would be pointless to me if you died and unlocking the temple didn’t happen. You have no idea what that temple can do don’t you?” Archee fiercely shook his head. “Didn’t think so. If you want to learn than it’s best to stay alive now get ready and attack me!” Archee didn’t know much about attacking he just fled attacks. Not only that, he didn’t want to hurt Ryn’per if he did hit him. Without thinking any further Archee crouched down and did a straight forward attack on Ryn’per. Nothing! Ryn’per stood to the side laughing, “Listen here rookie, you might be quick, which is a good thing, but you shouldn’t show the attack coming. That’s what gives you away.” He disappeared again shocking Archee. Archee heard a growl from above and noticed a shadow shrinking on the ground. Extinct kicked in and he dodged Ryn’per once more. “See? That’s what I’m saying. You’re faster than most us wolves, but you show your next move too much. Here, I’ll teach you my ways and soon you will be able to teleport.” He vanished once more and then his voice came back behind Archee as he turned around. “Like that. Are you ready?” Archee broke a smile and nodded.

Back at the camp Kodora woke up to sounds of his pack on a search. “What’s the problem?” he asked Sulina as he walked up to her. “Archee and Ryn’per are gone!” she replied. Kodora joined the search for a few minutes when Oracko came by telling them that Zoey hasn’t returned from the valley. “We will head there then.” Kodora ordered. It didn’t take much to spot Zoey when they arrived. She just stood there staring into space as in a trance. Sulina ran up to her, “Zoey!” she yelled, but she didn’t budge. Sulina was about to yell her name again when Zoey held up a paw, “Shut up Sully, look, there they are.” She stated while pointing towards the open field. Indeed they both were out there and by what they saw Archee was a good fighter. In the past few hours Archee was getting used to battling Ryn’per and hit tactics. From the distance Kodora and the rest stood it looked like to specks blurring as they moved. Then all of a sudden one of the “specks” vanished. Back on the field Ryn’per was standing still with a big grin. “You finally master it!” he yelled, “You might not be as bad as I thought. I’m impressed!” Archee reappeared trying to attack Ryn’per from behind, but Ryn’per then vanished as well. Dazed, from the first time teleporting, Archee didn’t notice what happened and couldn’t keep up the pace with his surroundings. Suddenly he saw Ryn’per, and then, blackness.

Archee couldn’t tell where he went or what happened. There were trees and bushes scattered around and a flowing stream nearby. He backed up slowly still a bit shocked and confused until he bumped into something. He turned around to see a great stone and behind it was a ruin. “Is this… Ailon?”, he mumbled to himself. He walked around the large stones scattered around the ruin as if it was recently destroyed. Then the wind picked up as a breeze drew in a voice to his long ears, the voice sent chills down his spine. It was saying his name, he noticed. “Archee…” It moaned as if breathless. Suddenly before he could question the voice everything began to blur as if vanishing, then, he saw a glimpse of an oddly colored figure. It was, what seemed to be, purple, and the voice came once again making Archee shudder. “Archee…” it repeated. Everything blurred and a bright, white light started to shine. “Archee! Archee! Wake up!” He opened his eyes and as they adjusted to the light he heard Oracko. “He’s awake!” he yelled over to the others. “Wha-What happened?” Archee asked trying to catch his thoughts. Oracko smiled and pointed towards Ryn’per “He must of got ya good. You was out cold for about an hour. He said you learned how to teleport and when he came to attack you was, what he guessed, stunned.” Archee finally had the energy to rise to his feet and went over to Kodora who complimented his battle with Ryn’per. As they began talking Archee remembered the draem, he then remembered the odd figure who knew him. Who are you, he thought.
